Abstract

For alloy composition search which enables automatic and high-speed evaluation regarding a plurality of evaluation items between evaluation devices, an automatic evaluation device (1000) includes a nanoindentation tester (50) which measures a mechanical property on the basis of the shape of an indenter mark, a mechanical property distribution storage section (120) which stores therein the distribution of the mechanical property, a measurement instrument link controller (110) which controls a measurement operation performed with respect to a measurement target specimen by a measurement instrument, a measurement data storage section (130) which stores therein measurement data from the measurement instrument, and a post-processing section (200) which computes physical property data that corresponds to the measurement data.
