Abstract
An electronic percussion instrument and a mounting method are provided. The electronic percussion instrument includes a striking surface frame having a bell portion, a bow portion, and a connecting portion connecting the bow portion to the bell portion; a sensor frame having a bell frame, a bow frame respectively connected along a circumferential direction to the bell portion and the bow portion; a sensor having a bell sensor and a bow sensor respectively mounted to the bell frame and the bow frame and detecting vibration of the sensor frame; a substrate to which the sensor is connected; a substrate frame supporting the substrate and disposed below the bow frame; and a connecting member connecting the substrate frame and the bell frame vertically. The substrate frame and the connecting member are not in contact with the bow frame.
