Abstract
A system and method are disclosed for providing a fuel mixture to a fuel cell. The system and method recirculate at least a portion of the fuel mixture output from a fuel ejector that is to be supplied to the fuel cell but relieved due to an over-pressure condition upstream of the fuel cell. The relieved fuel mixture is at least partially returned to the fuel ejector in a controlled manner so that the relieved fuel mixture is not wasted and able to be re-supplied to the fuel cell to produce electricity.
