Abstract

The present application provides a stator assembly, a brushless motor, an electric tool, and a method for manufacturing a stator assembly. An outer stator subassembly of the stator assembly includes an annular member having an outer housing moulded thereon. An inner stator subassembly is fixedly attached to the outer stator subassembly and includes a bearing for supporting a shaft of a rotor. The inner stator subassembly further includes: a frame having a plurality of protrusions for supporting coils wound therearound; and an integrally formed housing having an end face with a groove for receiving the bearing. The housing is further moulded around the protrusions. In a further aspect, an electric tool is provided, which includes a motor assembly having the stator assembly. A method for manufacturing a stator assembly is also provided. The embodiments of the present application not only significantly simplify the assembly process, reduce the assembly difficulty and error rate, significantly increase the slot fill factor, and also effectively increase the coaxiality of a motor, thereby enhancing the overall performance and stability.
