Abstract

This application provides an alternating current-direct current conversion apparatus and a power supply device, used in the field of power electronics technologies. The alternating current-direct current conversion apparatus includes an input port, a positive direct current bus, a negative direct current bus, one or more phases of rectifier circuits, and a controller. The rectifier circuit includes a current sampling circuit, a first switching transistor bridge arm, at least one second switching transistor bridge arm, a bus capacitor, a diode bridge arm, and a surge protection device. The first switching transistor bridge arm, the second switching transistor bridge arm, the diode bridge arm, and the bus capacitor are connected in parallel between the positive direct current bus and the negative direct current bus. A bridge arm midpoint of the first switching transistor bridge arm is connected to a first terminal of the input port, a bridge arm midpoint of the second switching transistor bridge arm is connected to a second terminal of the input port, and a bridge arm midpoint of the diode bridge arm is connected to the second terminal of the input port via the surge protection device. When a current at a bridge arm midpoint of any bridge arm is excessively high, the controller turns off switching transistors on all the switching transistor bridge arms, to avoid damage to the switching transistors caused by a lightning strike.
