Abstract

A hybrid switch device (100) includes a first switch component (10), a second switch component (20), and a controller (50). The first switch component (10) is independently controlled. The second switch component (20) is connected to the first switch component (10) in parallel, and the second switch component (20) is independently controlled. The controller (50) provides a control signal (Sc) to respectively control the first switch component (10) and the second switch component (20) according to a power operating point (P) of an operating curve. Under a light load below the power operating point (P), the control signal (Sc) controls the first switch component (10) to be turned on, and under a heavy load above the power operating point (P), the control signal (Sc) controls the second switch component (20) to be turned on so as to optimize switching performance under hybrid operation of the first switch component (10) and the second switch component (20).
