Abstract

A hearing aid comprising an input unit, a wireless interface for providing one or more external audio signals, and a processor. The processor is configured to determine one or more first input levels, determine one or more second input levels, determine one or more first output levels based on the one or more first input levels, determine one or more second output levels based on the one or more second input levels, determine a perceptual measure associated with the one or more external audio signals, determine a first gain correction based on the perceptual measure, and process the one or more input audio signals based on the first gain correction to provide an output signal.
