Abstract
A display device comprises a substrate, an insulating layer on the substrate, at least one transistor on the insulating layer, at least one signal line on the insulating layer and connected to the at least one transistor, and a light-emitting element connected to the at least one transistor, wherein the signal line includes copper, and wherein a surface of the insulating layer includes chlorine.
