Abstract

A display control device displays a lane marking image and a host vehicle icon on a display. The display control device includes a travel control unit configured to control travel of a host vehicle, a determination unit configured to determine whether or not the host vehicle is returning to an original travel lane after deviating from the original travel lane, and a display control unit configured to display the lane marking image and the host vehicle icon. When it is determined that the host vehicle is returning to the original travel lane after deviating from the original travel lane, the display control unit moves the host vehicle icon relative to the lane marking image with a position of the lane marking image fixed.
