Abstract

The spindle (7) comprises an elongated body (21) extending according to an axial direction and having a distal end (21.1), a proximal end (21.2), and a cylindrical surface between the distal end (21.1) and the proximal end (21.2). Along the cylindrical surface, between the proximal end (21.2) and the distal end (21.1) of the elongated body (21), at least one expandable member (25) is provided. The spindle (7) further comprises an enlargement (31) coaxial to the elongated body (21) and positioned between the expandable member (25) and the proximal end (21.2) of the elongated body (21), integral with an ejector (17) movable along the elongated body (21) of the spindle (7). The enlargement (31) has a truncated cone surface (35) with a smaller base facing towards the distal end (21.1) and a larger base facing towards the proximal end (21.2) of the elongated body (21).
