Process for depolymerization of at least one organopolysiloxane, wherein at least one organopolysiloxane is provided and contacted with a catalyst material comprising fluoride and a countercation provided on a support material, wherein said countercation is physically attached to said support through non-covalent interactions, or chemically attached to the support through covalent bonds.
