Abstract

Liquid composition comprising:i) from 5% to 90% by weight of the composition of a nonionic material selected from the group consisting of non-ionic surfactants, non-aqueous organic solvents, and a mixture thereof;ii) from 1% to 50% by weight of the composition of perfume capsules, wherein the capsules have a core and a shell and wherein the shell surrounds the core;wherein the core comprises a perfume,wherein the shell comprises a polymeric material that is the reaction product of chitosan and a cross-linking agent system,iii) up to 25% by weight of the composition of water; andiv) less than 5% by weight of the composition of anionic surfactant.
