Abstract

A mask assembly (10) includes a mask frame (100), a shielding stick (200, 200a), mask sticks (300), a first gap stick (110, 110a), and a thermal expansion control stick (400, 400a, 400b, 400c). The mask frame (100) is provided with an opening (100a). The shielding stick (200, 200a) extends across the opening (100a) in a first direction (DR1), with both opposing ends thereof coupled to the mask frame (100). Each of the mask sticks (300) extends across the opening (100a) in a second direction (DR2) intersecting the first direction (DR1), with both opposing ends thereof coupled to the mask frame (100). The first gap stick (110, 110a) may extend across the opening (100a) in the second direction (DR2), with both opposing ends thereof coupled to the mask frame (100) and overlapping, in a plan view, a first gap (G1) defined between the mask sticks (300). The thermal expansion control stick (400, 400a, 400b, 400c) extends across the opening (100a) in the second direction (DR2) and has a coefficient of thermal expansion less than a coefficient of thermal expansion of the first gap stick (110, 110a).
