An airfoil (100) for a turbine engine (10) has an exterior wall (102), a set of cooling conduits (120), a tip rail (122) and an outlet. The exterior wall (102, 202, 302) bounds an interior (103). The exterior wall (102) defines extends between a leading edge (104) and a trailing edge (106) in a chordwise direction (Cd). The exterior wall (102) extends between a root (108) and a tip (110) in a spanwise direction (Sd). The set of cooling conduits (120) are located within the interior (103). The tip rail (122) extends in the spanwise direction (Sd). The outlet is located along the tip rail (122).
