Abstract

A light diffuser (1) for room illumination, comprises: a hollow cylindrical body (2) extending along a first axis (X) between a first end (2a) and a second end (2b); an illumination unit (3) configured to generate a beam of light rays oriented towards the first end (2a); a deflecting body (4), interposed between the first end (2a) and the illumination unit (3). The deflecting body (4) extends along the first axis (X) between a first end (5), located at least partly in front of the illumination unit (3), and a second end (6), in contact with the first end (2a) of the cylindrical body (2). The illumination unit (3) and the second end (6) of the deflecting body (4) are unaligned along the first axis (X), so as to define a reflective surface (7) configured to intercept and deflect light rays of the beam of light rays having a predefined inclination with respect to said first axis (X).
