Abstract
A disclosed example solenoid driving controller for a mass flow controller is provided. The solenoid driving circuit can include a switch voltage control circuit to receive power from a power supply and provide a predetermined voltage on the switch, and a solenoid current control circuit including a switch, or transistor, where a feedback signal from a current monitor aids in regulation of an constant output of a valve coil current based on the feedback signal.
