Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a cell assembly and a battery pack including the same, the cell assembly including: a cell block including a plurality of battery cells; a protective cover coupled to the front and rear of the cell block, respectively; and a module frame surrounding the circumference of the cell block so that the cell block is sealed and coupled to the protective cover, wherein the module frame includes at least one melting groove at an upper portion thereof.
