Abstract

Connection device (20) comprising a separable electrical connector (21) and a stress cone (22), the connector comprising a casing (32) comprising a first chamber (23), a second chamber (24) and a external conductive layer (31), the stress cone (22) comprising a body (54) and an insulating layer (55) integrated onto a groove (66) of the body during manufacturing of the stress cone, such that the stress cone comprises a first insulating external surface (68) and a second external surface (69) intended to be connected to an external shield layer of the cable, the first external surface (68) extending partially inside and partially outside the second chamber (24) of the casing (32), so as to create a shield break between the external conductive layer (31) of the casing (32) and the external shield layer of the cable.
