Abstract

This application relates to the field of power electronics technologies, and in particular, to a power module, a powertrain, and an electric vehicle. The power module includes a substrate, an input, an output, a first switch component group, and a second switch component group. The substrate includes a first metal layer, a second metal layer, and a third metal layer that are isolated from each other. The first switch component group and the second switch component group are arranged in a first direction, and the third metal layer is arranged between the first switch component group and the second switch component group in the first direction. The first switch component group includes a plurality of first switch components, the second switch component group includes a plurality of second switch components, each first switch component is disposed on the first metal layer and is connected to the second metal layer, and each second switch component is disposed on the second metal layer and is connected to the third metal layer. A first input terminal is disposed on the first metal layer, a second input terminal is disposed on the third metal layer, and the output is disposed on the second metal layer. The power module can achieve both low parasitic inductance and a miniaturized design.
