Abstract

The present disclosure provides a paper plug comprising: a filler material, and an inner plug wrap wrapped around the filler material, wherein the average of areas of pores formed in a cross section perpendicular to a major axis is smaller than 0.15 mm<2>, the firmness in a direction perpendicular to the major axis, which is defined in formula (1), is greater than 75%, and formula (2) is satisfied.
