Abstract

An aerosol-generating device comprising: a heating unit for heating an aerosol source; a contact sensor for detecting an action on a predetermined part of a housing surface; a first haptic device; a second haptic device; and a processor for controlling a function to control heating of the aerosol source by the heating unit, and output of the first and second haptic devices, wherein the processor controls the output from the first haptic device and the output from the second haptic device by switching said output in accordance with content notified to a user.
