Abstract
The present specification relates to an allantoin micro-needle crystal, and a cosmetic composition and an active ingredient delivery system comprising the same, wherein the allantoin micro-needle crystal according to one aspect of the present invention is one in which poorly soluble allantoin is crystallized to have excellent solubility and thus can be utilized as a component of a cosmetic composition, and by having an acicular shape like a needle with an average length of a long axis of 5 to 500 µm, it can penetrate into skin and be absorbed into the skin simply by applying it to the skin, and has an excellent effect of being dissolved in the skin by rolling after application to have excellent safety, and being easily stored and distributed by being stably maintained without a change in physical properties even under harsh conditions.
