Abstract
Provided is an image formation device (100) comprising: an image former (40) that discharges liquid droplets onto a recording surface of a medium to form an image; a reader (45) that reads an opposite surface image on a side opposite to the recording surface of an image formation medium (Q) on which the image is formed on the recording surface of the medium (P) by the image former (40); and a determiner (13) that determines pass/fail of the image formation medium (Q) based on the opposite surface image read by the reader (45).
