Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of separating and/or enriching motile cells from other components of a cell sample. In particular, the present invention relates to a device for separating motile cells from other components of a cell sample, preferably for separating motile sperm cells from other components in a semen sample. The present invention further relates to a method for separating motile cells from other components of a cell sample using the device according to the present invention. The present invention further relates to a heating system for incubating said device. Moreover, the present invention relates to a device and its use for standardizing, structuring and supporting the workflow of separating and/or enriching motile cells.
