Abstract

Disclosed is an electronic apparatus. The apparatus includes: a memory storing instructions; and at least one processor including processing circuitry, wherein, if executed individually or collectively by the at least one processor, the instructions cause the electronic apparatus to: obtain a persona corresponding to a query among a plurality of personas corresponding to content based on a database if user input corresponding to the query related to the content is received; and provide a response corresponding to the query based on the obtained persona, the plurality of personas being based on a knowledge graph corresponding to the content and the database.
