A logistics simulator device includes an input information acquisition module (301), a receiving plan generation module (302), a route module (303), a processing material inventory site module (304), a processing facility warehouse module (306), a processing facility module (305), and a controller module (307). The controller module (307) searches for a transportable route for materials using the route module (303). The route module (303) searches for the transportable route by combining small routes, which are route segments delimited by facility elements.
