Abstract

Systems and processes for processing requests using a model via a session are provided. For example, a first request associated with an intent is received. In accordance with a determination that a session has not been created, a model is identified based on the intent and the session is created, using an API, with the identified model. A second request with a second intent is received and transmitted to the identified model via the session, causing the identified model to generate a response to the second request and to store the response and the second request. The response is received via the session and transmitted to the software application. A third request that is a follow-up request to the second request is transmitted to the identified model via the session, causing the identified model to generate a second response based on the stored response and/or the stored second request.
