Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a thermal management assembly (10), a battery box, a battery (100), and an electric device. The thermal management assembly (10) includes a flow channel plate (11), an energy absorption member (13), and multiple current collectors (12). The flow channel plate (11) is configured to convey fluid to exchange heat with the battery cell (30). The current collectors (12) are connected to the flow channel plate (11). The energy absorption member (13) is provided on a side of the current collector (12) facing away from the flow channel plate (11), where the energy absorption member (13) includes a force bearing portion (131) and a deformation portion (132), the force bearing portion (131) is located at an end of the deformation portion (132) away from the current collector (12), and a rigidity of the deformation portion (132) is less than a rigidity of the force bearing portion (131).
