Zusammenfassung
The present invention relates to a plate heat exchanger for treatment of a liquid feed. The plate heat exchanger comprises a plate package having at least two opposite heat exchanger plates defining a plate interspace in-between themselves. Each heat exchanging plate defines a first non-corrugated gasket groove and a second non-corrugated gasket groove whereby a first gasket element sealing between the first gasket grooves and a second gasket element sealing between the second gasket grooves of the opposing plates. A flow channel is thereby established between the first gasket element and the second gasket element in the plate interspace. Each heat exchanging plate further defines first outer corrugated region and a first inner corrugated region extending on opposite sides of the first non-corrugated gasket groove, and, a second outer corrugated region and a second inner corrugated region extending on opposite sides of the second non-corrugated gasket groove. |

The agitator arrangement (2) comprises a stationary outer pipe (22) extending in an axial direction (5) having an upper end region (14) configured for being fastened to the mixing tank (1) and a lower end region (23) configured to be located within the tank (1), a rotatable inner pipe (4) located partly within and extending coaxially with the stationary outer pipe (22) and forming a first flow channel (24) within the rotatable inner pipe (4) and a second flow channel (25) in a space between an interior surface (38) of the stationary outer pipe (22) and an exterior surface (55) of the rotatable inner pipe (4), a rotatable outer member (15) fastened to the rotatable inner pipe (4) and including a cleaning unit (28) having at least one opening (9) for spraying a pressurized cleaning liquid supplied through the second flow channel (25) on an interior surface (3) of the tank (1), and a seal (26) for sealing an axial gap (32) between an axial end surface (33) of the lower end region (23) of the stationary outer pipe (22) and an oppositely facing upper axial end surface (34) of the rotatable outer member (15). The seal (26) has a substantially cylindrically shaped portion (35) and a radially inwardly protruding rib (36) located in the axial gap (32). Zusammenfassung
The present invention provides a centrifugal separator for separation of at least two components of a fluid mixture which are of different densities. The centrifugal separator (1) comprises a stationary frame (2), a drive member configured to rotate a rotating part (4) in relation to the stationary frame. The rotating part comprises a spindle (5) and a centrifuge rotor (6) enclosing a separation space, the centrifuge rotor being mounted to the spindle to rotate together with the spindle around an axis (X) of rotation. The rotating part is supported by the stationary frame by at least one bearing device (7a, 7b). The stationary frame (2) surrounds said centrifuge rotor (6), thereby forming a rotor space (8) between the stationary frame and the centrifuge rotor, and the stationary frame comprises at least one first air inlet (9) arranged to provide fluid communication into said rotor space and at least one first air outlet (10) arranged to provide fluid communication out from said rotor space. The at least one first air inlet and at least one first air outlet are arranged in the stationary frame so as to provide a flow of air from at least one first air inlet to and out through at least one second air outlet upon rotation of said rotating part, and at least one first air inlet is arranged to be connected to a source of air and at least one first air outlet is arranged to allow outflow of air from said rotor space. |

The present invention provides a separation disc (1) for a centrifugal separator, said disc being adapted to be comprised in a stack of separation discs inside a centrifugal rotor for separating a fluid mixture. The separation disc (1) has a truncated conical shape with an inner surface (2) and an outer surface (3) and a plurality of spacing members (4) extending from at least one of the inner surface and the outer surface. The spot-formed spacing members (4) are for providing interspaces between mutually adjacent separation discs in a stack of separation discs. The separation disc (1) further comprises at least one elongated rib (36) extending from the inner surface to a height (h) that is less than the height (H) to which said plurality of spacing members extend. Further, at least one elongated rib (36) extends from first position on the inner surface (2) to a second position on the inner surface, wherein the second position is at a radial distance that is larger than the radial distance of the first position, and the relation between the height of the elongated ribs (h) and the spacing members (H) are h/H > 0.5. |
