Disclosed herein is a truck with a cable mounting system, and a method for mounting high voltage power cables. Using one or more cable fixtures, high voltage power cables are locally clamped to each other. One or more weld nuts are welded to a first side of a base plate, and a threaded stud is screwed into each weld nut, such that a first axial end is secured to the weld nut and a second axial end of the threaded stud protrudes through a hole in the base plate to an opposing second side. A fixation part of a respective cable fixture is placed against the second side of the base plate, such that the second axial end of the stud extends through a fixation part, and a mounting nut is tightened onto the second axial end beyond the fixation part for thereby clamping the cable fixture onto the base plate.

In one aspect, a lubrication system according to the present invention is characterized by a lubrication system for an internal combustion engine, comprising a pressure less lubricant collection chamber; a lubricant pump having a pump inlet fluidly coupled to the collection chamber; and a pump outlet fluidly coupled to a lubricant filter module. A control valve is provided with a bias member. The control valve is controlled by a terminal pressure derived from the lubricant gallery against a bias force provided by the bias member, so that in case of under pressure of the lubricant gallery the bias member actuates the control valve to return to its normally open condition.

A hydrogen combustion engine comprises a combustion chamber comprises with cylinder head having at least one valve, said at least one valve comprising a valve disc for closing the combustion chamber from a manifold area and a valve stem coupled to an actuator system provided on the cylinder head and guided through a valve guide of the cylinder head and through the manifold area towards a valve seat to actuate the valve disc. The valve guide comprises a first seal assembly facing the manifold area; and is dimensioned for allowing the valve stem to reciprocate while preventing lubricant entering the manifold area through said seal assembly. The present document relates to a power distribution unit for distributing electrical power in an electrically powered vehicle. The power distribution unit comprises a first module and a second module, wherein the first module comprises a first number of high voltage electric components electrically connected to one or more high voltage power circuits, and the second module comprises a second number of high voltage electric components electrically connected to one or more high voltage power circuits. The first number of high voltage electric components are common to a variety of vehicle types, and the second number of high voltage electric components are specific to a vehicle type. The second module is contiguous to the first module along a contact surface of the first module and a contact surface of the second module, wherein the first module comprises a cooling panel for dissipating heat from the high voltage electric components, the cooling panel forming the contact surface of the first module. The cooling panel is in thermal contact with at least a number of the high voltage electric components of the first module, and at least a number of the high voltage electric components of the second module are in thermal contact with the cooling panel via a contiguous contact between the high voltage electric components of the second module and the contact surface of the second module.

A heavy goods vehicle having a chassis, a rear axle, an electric driving assembly, and a supporting structure configured for supporting the rear axle. The chassis comprises a ladder frame having two longitudinal members and at least one cross member. The electric driving assembly includes an electric motor arranged for generating a driving force, a transmission arranged for adjusting the driving force transmitted from the electric motor, an axle assembly, a torque tube and a differential arranged for splitting the driving force to driving wheels of the heavy goods vehicle, and an assembly housing arranged for housing at least the electric motor of the electric driving assembly. An electric motor-side suspension is arranged for suspending the assembly housing to the chassis frame at a motor-side end region of the assembly housing. The supporting structure configured for supporting the rear axle is formed by the electric driving assembly.

A truck comprises a corner view camera module with a support arm that encloses a downward facing camera device with a lens that protrudes from the support arm. An airflow guide is arranged for directing a local airflow around and across the lens. The airflow guide provides a drip edge to prevent water from dripping onto the lens. The drip edge has an asymmetry in that it has a lowest level upstream the lens and a highest level downstream the lens. At the lowest level the drip edge separates the airflow into a low velocity field and a high velocity field.

A mat for covering a cabin floor of a truck comprises a rear section, arranged for fixating the mat to the cabin floor, and a side section, arranged for extending along a door sill of the truck. The side section provides the mat with a declining surface having a lowest level beyond the door sill. The side section comprises a side wall having at least two mounting portions, each mounting portion extending laterally for engaging with a bottom edge of the door sill, to fixate the side wall between the cabin floor and the door sill.

A commercial vehicle (10), comprising an electric drive unit (100) and a cooling system (200). The cooling system comprises a main circuit line (210) with a pump (212) for pressurizing the main circuit line at a working pressure. An auxiliary circuit line (220) extends from the main circuit line downstream of the pump towards a first auxiliary heat exchanger (221), and comprises a pressure valve (213) that is passively operable between a first state and a second state by the pump adapting the working pressure in the main circuit line. In response to a temperature of the electric drive unit exceeding a temperature threshold, the pump increases the working pressure for thereby operating the pressure valve to switch from the first state to the second state.

The invention relates to a threaded fastening arrangement for mounting a component to a base component, comprising a pair of cooperating fastening parts and a component. The component comprises a slotted hole defined by a slotted hole surface and wherein a first fastening part of the pair of cooperating fastening parts comprises an abutment surface arranged to substantially limit rotation of the first fastening part relative to the component when the abutment surface abuts the slotted hole surface. The slotted hole or the first fastening part comprises a guiding surface contiguous to the abutment surface and shaped to rotate the first fastening part relative to the slotted hole such that the abutment surface abuts the slotted hole surface thereby causing the first fastening part to become rotationally locked with the component.

A truck comprises a camera housing that encloses a camera module. The camera housing is fixated to a fixation area on a cabin interior facing side of a windscreen of the truck. The camera housing comprises a mount section for mounting the camera module to the windscreen at a mounting distance from a roof panel of the truck, for capturing images of an object detection area in front of the truck. A motor vehicle comprises an add-on part attached to a carrier part.
