A printer includes a corrugating section (30) disposed on an upstream side of a line head (10), the corrugating section (30) being configured to alternately form crests and troughs in a sheet in a width direction (X) which intersects a medium transport direction (Y), a relaxing section (40) that can be switched between a relaxing position in which the corrugations formed by the corrugating section (30) are relaxed and a maintaining position in which the corrugations are maintained with respect to the sheet on a downstream side of the line head (10) between the line head (10) and branch points (S1, S2) of transport paths (12, 13, 15, 24) and a controller configured to control the switching of the relaxing section (40) between the relaxing position and the maintaining position. The controller switches the relaxing section (40) depending on a transport destination of the recorded sheet. |

Provided is a liquid ejecting head including a pressure chamber to accommodate a liquid, a vibration plate constituting a wall surface of the pressure chamber, a nozzle to eject the liquid accommodated in the pressure chamber, and a piezoelectric element disposed on one side of the vibration plate. The piezoelectric element includes a piezoelectric body layer configured to deform when a voltage is applied to the piezoelectric body layer, a first electrode positioned between the vibration plate and the piezoelectric body layer and disposed on one surface of the piezoelectric body layer, and a second electrode disposed on the other surface of the piezoelectric body layer. The liquid ejecting head further includes wiring connected to the second electrode and extended along a surface direction of the piezoelectric body layer, and does not include a metal layer having the same potential as the first electrode in a first area which is an area positioned between the wiring and the vibration plate and in which the wiring overlaps with none of the second electrode and the piezoelectric body layer in a direction perpendicular to a surface direction of the second electrode. |
