This disclosure provides a monitoring auxiliary device and a monitoring system. The monitoring auxiliary device is in wired connection with multiple types of sensors to obtain physiological parameter signals detected by the sensors. The monitoring auxiliary device outputs monitoring-related data in a wired manner. When not in wired connection with the monitor, the monitoring-related data is transmitted to a monitor through a wireless communication module. The monitoring auxiliary device summarizes data from various sensors and outputs said data to the monitor in a wired manner or a wireless manner, requiring very few cables to connect with the monitor, thereby reducing a workload of medical staff plugging and unplugging cables and maintaining a clean surface of patient support. |

The present invention relates to an endoscope. Provided are an endoscope and a diaphragm of the endoscope. The endoscope comprises: a tube unit, which is configured to be inserted into a part to be observed; and an optical imaging system, which is arranged in the tube unit and comprises a diaphragm, wherein a through hole is formed in the radial middle portion of the diaphragm, and the through hole forms a first light-passing area; the diaphragm is further provided with a second light-passing area located on a radial outer side of the first light-passing area, and the second light-passing area is configured to absorb light within a first wavelength interval and allow light within a second wavelength interval to pass therethrough; and the light within the first wavelength interval is the light reflected after a light source of the endoscope irradiates the part to be observed, and the light within the second wavelength interval is fluorescence generated by the light source of the endoscope irradiating fluorescent dye at the part to be observed. The present invention mainly solves the technical problem of contradiction between the depth of field of visible light and the signal strength of fluorescence in the endoscope. |

A monitoring device (100), comprising a housing assembly (110), and a display screen assembly (122), a board assembly (130), and at least one heat-conducting structure (140) sequentially distributed in a first direction (X). A first side of the at least one heat-conducting structure (140) faces the board assembly (130). The board assembly (130) comprises at least two circuit boards (131), and the at least two circuit boards (131) are located between the at least one heat-conducting structure (140) and the display screen assembly (122) and are distributed in a second direction (Y). The second direction (Y) is perpendicular to the first direction (X). One side board surface of each circuit board (131) faces the display screen assembly (122), and another opposite side board surface thereof faces the at least one heat-conducting structure (140). The at least two circuit boards (131) share a same heat-conducting structure (140), and a heat-conducting medium is provided between at least one of the at least two circuit boards (131) and the heat-conducting structure (140). The monitoring device (100) provided in embodiments can reduce the overall thickness of the monitoring device (100), making the monitoring device (100) thinner while achieving a good heat dissipation effect in the interior of the monitoring device (100). |
