A carbon dioxide absorbent, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The absorbent comprises a component A, a component B and a solvent, the component A being an imidazole-modified amino acid ionic liquid; a cation of the ionic liquid is an imidazole cation, the imidazole cation having a structure as shown in formula (I), where R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 each independently being hydrogen or a C1-C10 straight-chain or branched alkyl; the anion of the ionic liquid is selected from sarcosine, lysine, valine or alanine; the component B is selected from aminoethylethanolamine, triethanolamine or N-methyldiethanolamine; the solvent is an aqueous solution of alcohol, the volume concentration of alcohol thereof being 5-15%. Use of the carbon dioxide absorbent in capturing carbon dioxide can improve selectivity and acid gas load during carbon dioxide capture, and reduce energy consumption.

This disclosure relates to a manganese-based adsorbent material, a preparation method, and the use thereof. The manganese-based adsorbent material of this invention exhibits excellent performance in hydrogen purification reactions, enabling the removal of normal amount of sulfides (volume content > 0.1%) from hydrogen at a temperature below 50°C. The purified hydrogen can then be directly used for fuel cell hydrogen supply. This manganese-based adsorbent material is a coproduct of graphite oxidation process. Simultaneously with preparation of the manganese-based adsorbent material, the content of manganese ions and other pollutants in wastewater is significantly reduced, solving the environmental pollution problems caused by wastewater discharge during graphite oxidation process.

The present invention relates to a process and device for producing nitrile with controlled input pressure of spray liquid. The producing process can atomize the spray liquid, increase the contact area with ammonia, and improve mass transfer efficiency. The process for producing the nitrile comprises: a step of subjecting a hydrocarbon feedstock to ammoxidation reaction to produce a reaction product containing nitrile, and a step of spraying a spraying liquid onto the reaction product through a spraying device to cool the reaction product, wherein the spraying device comprises a spraying liquid inlet, a first spraying pipe in fluid communication with the spraying liquid inlet, a plurality of second spraying pipes in fluid communication with the first spraying pipe and extending perpendicularly to the first spraying pipe toward both sides thereof, a plurality of third spraying pipes in fluid communication with the second spraying pipes and extending perpendicularly to the second spraying pipes toward both sides thereof, and nozzles located at the ends of the third spraying pipes and in fluid communication therewith, wherein in the cooling step, the spraying liquid input pressure at the spraying liquid inlet is controlled to be 0.06-1.00 MPaG.

The present invention relates to an absorption device with opposing-placed spraying liquid inlets and a process for producing nitrile. The absorption device can maximize the ammonia absorption rate and reduce ammonia breakthrough. The absorption device of the present invention comprises a shell and a plurality of spraying devices arranged in layers along the central axis direction of the absorption device at predetermined vertical spacings, wherein each of the spraying devices independently comprises a spraying liquid inlet, a first spraying pipe in fluid communication with the spraying liquid inlet, a plurality of second spraying pipes in fluid communication with the first spraying pipe and, perpendicularly to the first spraying pipe, arranged along both sides thereof, a plurality of third spraying pipes in fluid communication with the second spraying pipes and, perpendicularly to the second spraying pipes, arranged along both sides thereof, and nozzles located at the ends of the third spraying pipes and in fluid communication therewith, wherein when a cross-section is obtained by cutting the absorption device at a direction perpendicular to the central axis of the absorption device, at least one selected from the group consisting of the first spraying pipe, the second spraying pipes, and the third spraying pipes of one of the plurality of spraying devices and at least one selected from the group consisting of the first spraying pipe, the second spraying pipes, and the third spraying pipes of another of the plurality of spraying devices substantially coincide in terms of the projection on the cross-section, and the angle between the projections of the spraying liquid inlet of the one spraying device and the spraying liquid inlet of the another spraying device on the cross-section is 180°.

The present invention relates to a process for producing a nitrile with improved ammonia absorption effect. The process can atomize the spraying liquid, increase the contact area with ammonia, and improve mass transfer efficiency. The process for producing the nitrile comprises a step of subjecting a hydrocarbon feedstock to ammoxidation reaction to produce a reaction product containing nitrile (called as reaction step), and a step of feeding the reaction product into an absorption device through a gas inlet and spraying a spraying liquid onto the reaction product via a spraying device within the absorption device to cool the reaction product and form an absorption atmosphere (called as cooling step), wherein when measured at a vertical distance of 3000 mm above the gas inlet, the absorption atmosphere has an extinction coefficient of 0.004-0.02 m<-1>.
