It comprises an exterior cover layer (57) and a shape stabilizing portion (6) extending along an interior side of the exterior cover layer, and the shape stabilizing portion comprises a plurality of elongate stiffening members (61, 61', 61") made from an elastic material. The elongate stiffening members extend adjacent to each other with a first end (63) of each elongate stiffening member arranged at a first edge (51) of the skirt member and a second end (64) of each elongate stiffening member arranged at a second edge (52) of the skirt member, so that a length of each elongate stiffening member extends from the first end to the second end. A method for making a skirt member is also disclosed.

A packaging kit for use in stacking roof windows. The kit comprises at least one sheet member and a plurality of retainers. The sheet member is made from a shock absorbing material and may comprise a plurality of openings. Each retainer comprises an attachment section and an engagement section, said attachment section being configured for being attached at an upper surface of the sheet member, for example being inserted in one of said openings, and said engagement section being configured for engagement with a roof window arranged on top of the sheet member. In use, the sheet member is arranged on top of a first roof window, at least two retainers are attached to the sheet member, and a second roof window is then arranged on top of the sheet member so that it comes into engagement with the retainers.

An insulating gap (4a) is provided between a major surfaces (3a1, 3b2) of the glass sheets (3a, 3b) and the insulating gap (4a) is sealed by means of an edge seal (6) arranged between said major surfaces. A side portion (8) of the major surface (3b2) of the second glass sheet (3b) extends with a distance (DIS1) past a part (6e) of the edge seal (6) that faces away from the insulating gap (4a) so as to provide a space (10) opposite to said side portion (8).
