Über die Kanzlei
Fish & Richardson P.C. wurde bereits 1878 in Boston gegründet und zählt damit zu den ältesten auf geistiges Eigentum spezialisierten Kanzleien der USA, die einst schon Alexander Graham Bell, Thomas Edison und die Gebrüder Wright vertrat. Der Münchner Standort wurde bewusst am Sitz des Europäischen Patentamts, des Deutschen Patent- und Markenamts sowie des Bundespatentgerichts errichtet, um europäische Patentanmeldungen und -verfahren aus einer Hand zu begleiten. Die dortigen Anwälte sind sowohl als deutsche Rechtsanwälte als auch als deutsche und europäische Patentanwälte zugelassen und vertreten Mandanten unter anderem vor dem Einheitlichen Patentgericht und dem EUIPO. Damit verbindet die Kanzlei über 140 Jahre amerikanische IP-Tradition mit einer auf den europäischen Markt zugeschnittenen Präsenz in München.

Embodiments of this specification disclose methods, apparatuses, and computer systems for performing request conversion between resource management systems. The method includes: A first resource management system generates a first request packet in a first communication format. A first field in a packet header of the first request packet indicates that the first request packet is used to request an authorized freeze on a resource, and a packet body of the first request packet includes a number ID of a to-be-executed resource transfer operation and a first token. The first resource management system sends the first request packet to an interchange system in response to determining that the first token belongs to a predetermined type. The interchange system parses the first request packet, extracts the number ID and the first token from the first request packet, determines, by querying a first data record, a first account in a second resource management system corresponding to the first token, generates a second request packet in a second communication format based on an API specification of the second resource management system, and sends the second request packet to the second resource management system. The second request packet is used to call a target API, and a call parameter field of the second request packet includes the number ID and the first account. The second resource management system parses the second request packet based on the API specification, extracts the number ID and the first account from the call parameter field, and executes a target operation of a function corresponding to the target API on the first account. |
