Über die Kanzlei
INGENIAS wurde 2005 in Barcelona gegründet, ging aus der zuvor als LAGENCIA firmierenden Vorgängergesellschaft hervor und beschreibt seinen Anspruch mit dem Satz „We turn your ideas into the most valuable assets for your organisation“. Neben dem Hauptsitz in Barcelona unterhält die Kanzlei Standorte in León, Sevilla und Vigo und vereint Patentanwälte, Ingenieure und Juristen unter einem Dach. Über die klassische Patent- und Markenanmeldung hinaus berät INGENIAS auch zu Urheberrecht, unlauterem Wettbewerb, Datenschutz und Vertragsgestaltung im Umfeld neuer Technologien und tritt zweisprachig auf Spanisch und Englisch auf.
