The object of the present invention is an apparatus (1, 1') for heating or cooling and storing a liquid comprising:- a set of tanks including two tanks (31, 32) of substantially cylindrical shape, placed side by side with parallel axes so as to define a passage region (33) comprised between the mutually facing surfaces (313, 323) thereof, the tanks (31, 32) in mutual fluidic connection and preferably stiffly constrained with each other,- at least one heat exchanger (4, 4a, 4b, 4b', 4c) preferably of the microchannel type comprising channels configured to allow a refrigerant fluid to flow, the channels being placed side by side and substantially coplanar so as to define a heat exchange surface having a winding length defined along a winding direction perpendicular to the axes of the tanks, and a height a, defined between an upper end and a lower end of the at least one exchanger, said height a being substantially perpendicular to the winding length,wherein each channel preferably includes a plurality of microchannels, and wherein the at least one exchanger comprises two lateral portions (41, 42) wrapped around at least part of the outer curved surface of each tank (31, 32), respectively, and a connecting portion (44) defined between said two lateral portions (41, 42) and which fits into the passage region (33), forming in cross-section a loop of opposite curvature with respect to the portions (41, 42) wrapped around part of the outer surface of the tanks (31, 32).

The object of the present invention is a hydraulic separator (50) configured to enable the hydraulic and functional integration of a boiler (3) and of a heat pump (2) of a hybrid system (1) adapted to serve at least a heating and/or cooling system of the environment (4). Said hydraulic separator (50) comprises and/or cooperates with a bypass (6) capable of compensating for any malfunctions or failures or breakdowns of the heat pump, in particular of the circulator (20) thereof, ensuring functional continuity for at least the environmental heating service.

The object of the present invention is a combined system (1) adapted to serve a thermal system (4) for indoor heating and/or cooling and/or a sanitary system (4') for the preparation of sanitary water comprising at least a heat pump (2), at least two storages (3; 3.M, 3.V) for the preparation and storage of said sanitary water to be allocated to a user and a connection kit (5) capable of hydraulically and functionally connecting said heat pump (2) and said at least two storages (3; 3.M, 3.V).

The system relates to an internal-reflux distillation column that integrates a rotating heat exchanger as the structured filling. The column (container 10) is a vertical vessel (axis X) with a lower vapour inlet, a condensate outlet, and a top vapour outlet (15) connected to an external condenser (22). A distillate-reflux inlet (18) near the head allows part of the condensed product to be returned to the column. A heat exchanger (5) is mounted inside on a shaft (6) that rotates around axis X, driven by a motor (60); it operates in counter-current mode with a refrigeration fluid supplied through internal ducts (610,620). The rotor may be a finned tube, the fins having a helical structure.The system is suitable for batch or continuous fractional distillation of multicomponent mixtures in pharmaceutical, fine-chemical, biotech and food processes.
