In one aspect, a method for routing traffic using a multi-tenanted service hub includes: receiving, by the multi-tenanted service hub of a network, a first communication from a first tenant of a shared edge device, where metadata associated with the first communication includes a first source VPN and a service label, determining, by the multi-tenanted service hub, a first tenant ID based on metadata associated with a first tunnel from the shared edge device to the multi-tenanted service hub, querying, by the multi-tenanted service hub, a mapping table using the first source VPN and the first tenant ID to retrieve a device VPN, where the device VPN is a multi-tenanted VPN of the network, and forwarding, by the multi-tenanted service hub, the first communication using the device VPN, where the device VPN corresponds to a service label maps to a service chain. |

The memory command may be communicated between processes executing a collective operation. Payloads of the packets are written to memory in a sequential address order, such that the metadata code is written to a particular address, and the second process generates an acknowledgment of the first memory command to the first process on condition that reading the particular address returns the metadata code. |

An electrophysiology map of a portion of a patient's anatomy can be visualized using an electroanatomical mapping system. The system receives a plurality of electrophysiology data points (e.g., an electrophysiology map), which includes a plurality of electrophysiology signals. The system then creates a distribution (e.g., a histogram) for one or more characteristics of the plurality of electrophysiology signals (e.g., dominant cycle length, regular cycle length, peak-to-peak voltage, fractionation, conduction velocity, or the like). The system then analyzes the distribution to determine a display convention (e.g., a range and scale) for a graphical representation of the characteristic based on, for example, a best-fit shape of the distribution, a skew of the distribution, a range of the distribution, and/or a most dominant value of the distribution. The graphical representation can then be output according to the display convention. |

Cryogenic methods, systems, and devices cryogenic system for alleviating lower back pain in a patient. The cryogenic device includes a handpiece having a size and shape suitable for supporting in a hand of an operator and a needle probe coupled to a distal portion of the handpiece. The system includes an introducer configured to receive and position the at least one needle proximate to a location of a target tissue associated with lower back pain, wherein the cryogenic device is configured to provide a desired ice ball shape that remains on a distal portion of the introducer after the at least one needle is removed therefrom.
