Über die Kanzlei
Moritz Koplin Patentanwaltsgesellschaft mbH wurde von Dr. Moritz Koplin gegründet, der seit 2014 als deutscher Patentanwalt sowie seit 2015 als zugelassener Vertreter vor dem Europäischen Patentamt für Marken und Designs tätig ist; die Gesellschaft selbst ist seit 2018 im Bremer Handelsregister eingetragen. Als kleine, spezialisierte Bremer Kanzlei begleitet sie Mandanten von der ersten Erfindungsmeldung bis zur Schutzrechtsdurchsetzung und deckt neben Patenten auch Marken- und Designschutz sowie Lizenzfragen ab. Die Kanzlei tritt sowohl vor dem Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt als auch vor dem Europäischen Patentamt auf und berät auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Provided us a method of protecting a structure made of a semiconducting material against quantization breakdown which causes a bulk between a first edge of the structure and a second edge of the structure to conduct electrical charges between the edges. The method comprises causing two independent electrical currents along the edges and adapting a first electric potential along a first segment of the first edge, which is delimited by a first electric contact and a second electric contact through which a first voltage is applied to the first segment, to a second electric potential along a second segment of the second edge, which is delimited by a third electric contact and a fourth electric contact through which a second voltage is applied to the second segment. |
