Über die Kanzlei
Panovision IP wurde 2017 gegründet und positioniert sich bewusst als Bindeglied zwischen europäischem und chinesischem geistigem Eigentum, erkennbar auch am eigenen chinesischsprachigen Kanzleinamen. Die Gründer bemühen dabei das Bild der alten Seidenstraße für ihr Selbstverständnis, nur eben für immaterielle statt materielle Güter. Mehrere Kolleginnen und Kollegen haben in zwei oder mehr Ländern wie China, Deutschland, Großbritannien oder den USA studiert und gearbeitet und verfügen über doppelte Patentanwaltszulassungen. Von Markt Schwaben östlich von München aus plant die Kanzlei zudem ein eigenes Büro in China, um Mandanten aus beiden Wirtschaftsräumen aus einer Hand zu bedienen.

Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure relates to a vibration transmission plate, a bone conduction sounding assembly, and an earphone. The vibration transmission plate includes: an inner ring portion; an outer ring portion; and a plurality of connecting rods connected between the inner ring portion and the outer ring portion. The connecting rod includes a rod body, a first connection portion, and a second connection portion, one end of the rod body is connected to the inner ring portion via the first connection portion. The vibration transmission plate includes a major axis and a minor axis intersecting each other, a size of the vibration transmission plate along the major axis is greater than a size along the minor axis. The vibration transmission plate further includes a first reference point located at a connection between the first connection portion and the rod body, a second reference point located at a connection between the second connection portion and the rod body, and a first reference line defined by the first reference point and the second reference point. The rod body is divided by the first reference line into a first portion and a second portion located on two sides of the first reference line, and an area ratio of the first portion to the second portion is between 0.8 and 1.2. With the above configuration, the present disclosure can reduce air conduction noise generated by the vibration transmission plate and improve a sound effect of the bone conduction sounding assembly. |

The present disclosure discloses an earphone, relating to the technical field of electronic devices. The earphone comprises an antenna assembly and a capacitive detection component disposed within a radiation range of the antenna assembly. The capacitive detection component is configured to generate an electrical signal based on whether a user is wearing the earphone or whether the user performs a touch action. The capacitive detection component includes a detection electrode layer and a reference electrode layer stacked together. At least one of the detection electrode layer or the reference electrode layer includes a serpentine trace, and at least a portion of the serpentine trace is disposed in an overlapping region of the detection electrode layer and the reference electrode layer in a stacking direction. The present disclosure provides an improvement to the capacitive detection module, reducing its impact on the antenna assembly and enhancing antenna efficiency. |

The present disclosure discloses an earphone, relating to the technical field of electronic devices. Specifically, this is achieved by arranging the ground line in a closed-loop manner around the electrode region, which suppresses signals from the antenna assembly coupling into the capacitive detection component and reduces electromagnetic energy transfer between the antenna assembly and the capacitive detection component. Thereby, a shielding and isolation effect is achieved, leading to improved antenna efficiency. |

The present disclosure provides an earphone. The earphone includes a sound generation portion. In a wearing state, the sound generation portion is disposed in a concha cavity. The sound generation portion includes a first housing, a second housing, and a speaker assembly. The speaker assembly includes an annular support assembly and two sets of vibration assemblies. The two sets of vibration assemblies respectively include protrusion portions protruding beyond the annular support assembly along an axial direction and arranged opposite to each other. The speaker assembly cooperates with the first housing and the second housing to form two first acoustic cavities around two protrusion portions. The annular support assembly has a middle dividing plane perpendicular to the axial direction. The first housing is provided with two pressure relief holes. The two pressure relief holes are spaced apart from each other on two sides of the middle dividing plane and respectively connect the corresponding first acoustic cavities with an external environment. In the above manner, the present disclosure can improve the pressure relief effect, improve the sound output effect of the earphone, and also improve the structural strength of the first housing to improve the structural strength of the earphone. |

Disclosed is an earphone. The earphone includes an end cap portion, a housing portion, an adapter portion, an ear hook portion, and a loudspeaker. The end cap portion, the housing portion, and the adapter portion are connected in sequence to form a three-section structure. In the three-section structure, two sides of the housing portion are provided with a first opening and a second opening, respectively. The end cap portion covers the first opening, and the adapter portion covers the second opening. The housing portion forms a cylindrical structure with openings at two ends. The end cap portion, the housing portion, and the adapter portion can be quickly assembled along a major axis direction. The cylindrical structure with openings at two ends of the housing portion facilitates the mounting of internal components within the housing portion. Zusammenfassung
Disclosed is an earphone including: a flexible portion, a housing portion, an earhook portion, and a speaker. In a wearing state, the housing portion includes an inner face facing a user, an outer face away from the user, and a side face connecting the inner face and the outer face. The flexible portion is located on the side face. A small portion of the flexible portion abuts against the cavum conchae wall in the wearing state of the earphone. The flexible portion is a soft structure with elasticity, which deforms relative to the cavum conchae wall under a wearing pressure, increases an area abutting against the cavum conchae wall, reduces a pressure of the earphone squeezing the cavum conchae wall, thereby improving the wearing comfort. Furthermore, the elastic deformation of the flexible portion also adapts to the cavum conchae of different shapes and sizes for different populations. |
