Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Formkörpern aus reaktionsgebundenem, mit Silicium infiltriertem Siliciumcarbid oder Borcarbid, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:a) schichtweiser monolithischer Aufbau eines Vorkörpers aus einer formlosen Primärkörnung unter Einsatz eines physikalischen oder chemischen Härtungs- oder Schmelzprozesses, wobei die Primärkörnung einen Mengenanteil von mindestens 95 Gew.-% an Siliciumcarbid [SiC] oder Borcarbid [B4C] mit einer mittleren Korngröße d50 von 1 bis 70 µm;b) Tränken des so gebildeten Vorkörpers mit einer Tränkungssuspension enthaltend eine Flüssigkeit und Festkörper, wobei die Festkörper teilweise oder vollständig aus Kohlenstoff [C] bestehen;c) Trocknen der Tränkungssuspension derart, dass sich Festkörper der Tränkungssuspension in den Zwischenräumen der Primärkörnung ablagern;d) Infiltrieren des Vorkörpers mit flüssigem und/oder gasförmigem Silicium [Si] und Durchführen eines Reaktionsbrandes zur Ausbildung eines Bauteils, bei dem die abgelagerten Festkörper aus Kohlenstoff mit dem flüssigen und/oder gasförmigen Silicium sekundäres Siliciumcarbid [SiC] bilden, wobei insbesondere ein Durchdringungsverbund ausgebildet wird.

Die vorgestellte Erfindung betrifft ein Stoppersystem (100) für eine Lagerbuchse (200) mit einer Außenhülse und einem Kern (201), wobei das Stoppersystem (100) umfasst: - einen Stopper (101), - einen Elastomerkörper (103) aus einem Elastomer, wobei der Stopper (101) einen Anschlag (105) ausbildet, der dazu konfiguriert ist, eine Bewegung des Kerns (201) relativ zu der Außenhülse zu begrenzen, wobei der Anschlag (205) zumindest bereichsweise relativ zu einem Grundkörper des Stoppers (101) erhöht und auf einer Außenseite des Stoppers (101) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Elastomerkörper (103) lose an dem Stopper (101) angeordnet ist und den Stopper (101) zumindest bereichsweise umgibt.

Die vorgestellte Erfindung betrifft ein Antriebseinheit (100) zum Bewegen einer Anzahl Düsennadeln (115, 205) in einem Spritzgusssystem (200), wobei die Antriebseinheit (100) umfasst:- einen Motor (101), der dazu konfiguriert ist, eine Antriebskraft durch eine Rotationsbewegung einer mechanischen Schnittstelle (103) bereitzustellen,- ein Schiebelement (105), das mit der Anzahl Düsennadeln (115, 205) mechanisch gekoppelt und dazu konfiguriert ist, die Anzahl Düsennadeln (115, 205) zwischen einer unteren Stellung und einer oberen Stellung zu bewegen,- ein Translationselement (107), das dazu konfiguriert ist, eine Rotationsbewegung der mechanischen Schnittstelle (103) des Motors (101) in eine axiale Bewegung des Schiebelements (105) zu überführen.

This application provides a heat exchanger and an air conditioning system.
