A compound system (X) is configured with: a plasticizing unit (40) configured to perform melting of a thermoplastic resin (A) and conveyance to a downstream side; a mixing and kneading unit (42) provided on the downstream side of the plasticizing unit (40) and configured to mix an admixture (B) different from the thermoplastic resin into the molten thermoplastic resin (A) and to convey the mixture to a material receiving port (72) in an injection unit (44) of an injection molding machine body (Y); and a mounting base (80) configured to place the plasticizing unit (40) and the mixing and kneading unit (42). The mounting base (80) is provided with a movable mechanism (82) capable of freely moving the plasticizing unit (40) and the mixing and kneading unit (42) in respective planar directions.

A spray device (16) of a die casting machine for spraying a mold release agent and like (R) on inner surfaces of a fixed mold (34) and a movable mold (36) of the die casting machine (10), the inner surfaces constituting a cavity (38), the spray device includes: a spray nozzle (60) configured to spray the mold release agent and like (R); a moving device (62) configured to move the spray nozzle (60) to a predetermined position; a monitoring device (64) configured to set a moving route and a spraying position of the spray nozzle (60); and a control device (18) configured to cause the spray nozzle (60) to move based on the setting. Then, the monitoring device (64) displays the moving route to move the spray nozzle (60) for one spray process.

A molding machine includes: a clamping device configured to open, close, and clamp a mold; an injection device configured to inject a molding material into a cavity of the clamped mold; a display device configured to display information; and a control device configured to control the clamping device, the injection device, and the display device. The control device causes the display device to display a warranty list screen displaying respective identifiers of a plurality of components constituting the molding machine in a list for each warranty period.

An injection molding machine includes: a storage device (73) configured to store one or more change information entities, each change information entity related to a change in a set value of a set item; and a control device (78) configured to cause a display device (71) to display the one or more change information entities. Each change information entity is stored in the storage device (73) corresponding to one of molding condition information entities indicating molding conditions incorporated into the control device (78) for molding a molded article at the time of changing the set value of the set item. When a selection operation of selecting one of the molding condition information entities is input to an input device (72), the control device (78) extracts the one or more change information entities corresponding to the molding condition information entity selected by the selection operation from the plurality of change information entities stored in the storage device (73) to be displayed on the display device (71).

An injection molding machine includes: a cylinder having a nozzle for injecting a molten resin into a mold; a screw configured to move forward and backward in the cylinder; a heater arranged around an outer circumference of the nozzle; and a control device configured to control forward and backward movement of the screw and operation of the heater. The control device causes the heater to operate at a predetermined current value in a predetermined period, as part of an injection process to inject the molten resin into the mold by forward movement of the screw, of a molding cycle to heat the nozzle.
