Abstract

A hydraulic motor or pump consisting of a certain number of eccentric shafts arranged in a planet position with respect to the output shaft, which are subject to the action of two propelling members for each shaft, which are arranged in a tangential position with respect to the output shaft and act on intermediate fixed parts, which are also arranged in a planet position and are alternated with the shafts. Said propelling members receive, in an alternate manner, through the fixed parts, the flow of pressurized fluid, which is regulated by rotatory openings, which, based on the expansion or shrinkage phase, connect the propelling members to the pressure circuit or to the discharge one. The motor according to the present invention can be connected, through the eccentric shafts, to gearings that can be of the ordinary or planetary type, but always present planets acting as driving gear and and can have one or two driven gears for one or two degrees of freedom. The invention including the gearing presents an actual piston displacement and one or two different equivalent piston displacements (which can be further subject to fractionization). Therefore, the shape of the motor is annular, if it is complete and closed, or sectoral, if it is open; in any case, there always is a circular open space available inside the motor for all the possible needs of the different applications. The number of the planet shafts has no limits, since they independently transmit the torque, thus allowing annular shapes of any size.
