Abstract

In a wheel support device, a through-hole (41) is formed so as to pass through a hub spindle (2) in its axial direction, an outer ring shaft portion (33b) passed through the through-hole (44) is formed in the outer ring (33), a first connecting portion (44a,44b) of which the inner diameter gradually increases toward an axial outer side is formed in the inner periphery of the hub spindle, which defines the through-hole (41), a second connecting portion (45a,45b) that is arranged radially inward of the first connecting portion (44a,44b) and of which the outer diameter gradually increases toward the axial outer side is formed in the outer ring shaft portion (33b) so as to correspond to the first connecting portion (44a,44b), and the first connecting portion (44a,44b) and the second connection portion (45a,45b) have spline teeth that mesh with each other.
