Abstract
Embodiments relate to a concept for providing a mobile terminal (22) with radio access information. The mobile terminal (22) is provided, via a first access channel (30) having a predetermined format, with radio access configuration information comprising system information to enable the mobile terminal (22) to access a radio access network via a second access channel which is configurable in accordance with the mobile terminal's data communication capabilities.
