Abstract

The light emitting device (100) includes a light emitting structure (110) including a first conductive semiconductor layer (111), an active layer (113) under the first conductive semiconductor layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer (115) under the active layer; a plurality of first electrodes (120) disposed under the light emitting structure and electrically connected to the first conductive semiconductor layer by passing through the second conductive semiconductor layer, the active layer and a portion of the first conductive semiconductor layer; a second electrode (130) disposed under the light emitting structure to be electrically connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer; a first insulating layer (121) disposed around the first electrode to insulate the first electrode from the second electrode; a bonding layer (140) electrically connected to the second electrode by passing through the first electrode and the first insulating layer; and a second insulating layer (150) around the bonding layer.
