Abstract

A display terminal (200), in which a supply of electric power from a battery (220) can also be performed, includes an imaging unit (212) that performs imaging to generate an image; a display unit (211) that displays the image generated by the imaging unit; a detection unit (213) that detects whether a direction of the imaging unit while imaging to generate the image to be generated by the imaging unit is being changed; and a power supply interruption unit (201, 400, 412) that interrupts the supply of the electric power from the battery to the imaging unit when the detection unit detects that the direction of imaging to generate the image to be generated by the imaging unit is being changed.
