Abstract
A ceramic circuit board includes a ceramic substrate (12), and a first metal plate (14) bonded to a front surface (12a) of the ceramic substrate (12). A size of the front surface (12a) of the ceramic substrate (12) is smaller than a size of a surface, i.e., a first facing surface (14a), on a side of the first metal plate (14) that faces the ceramic substrate (12).
