The balcony comprising a deck structure 110 and a perimeter structure 120 extending around the deck structure including at least one corner of the deck structure. The deck structure comprises a plurality of interlocked extruded deck beams 112a-112j. The perimeter structure comprises a substantially horizontally extending handrail 122-126. The perimeter structure is connected to the deck structure to provide additional rigidity and strength to the balcony. The balcony is attachable to the building by securing the building arms to the deck structure of the balcony. |

A FEM includes a transmit amplifier (405) comprising a first transistor and a second transistor coupled between first and second differential nodes, a receive amplifier (415) comprising a third transistor and a fourth transistor coupled between the first and second differential nodes. The transmit amplifier (405) includes pseudo-differential input capacitively coupled with the first differential node and produces a differential output at the second differential node. The receive amplifier (415) includes a differential input capacitively coupled with the second differential node and produces a differential output cross-coupled with the first differential node. Common terminals for the receive amplifier (415) are selectively coupled with ground in receive mode and voltage supply in transmit mode. The receive amplifier (415) supplies a neutralizing feedback to the first differential node in transmit mode, and the transmit amplifier (405) supplies a neutralizing feedback to the second differential node in receive mode. |

A phased array antenna includes a plurality of antenna elements configured to operate in a transmit mode and a receive mode, and a plurality of FEMs configured to operate corresponding antenna elements to transmit and receive RF signals. The phased array includes a DBF configured to translate between the RF signals and corresponding digital signals, the DBF coupled to the FEMs over at least one RF distribution network. A phased array includes a modem coupled with the DBF and configured to supply the corresponding digital signals for the transmit mode, process the corresponding digital signals for the receive mode, initiate a calibration, in the transmit mode and in the receive mode, of the FEMs based on an aggregate power consumption of the FEMs, and write compensation values for the FEMs, for the transmit mode and the receive mode, to a nonvolatile memory, the compensation values computed based on the calibration. |

The present disclosure relates to real-time monitoring and assessment of performance indicators in devices leveraging magnetoelectric (ME) films to predict operational performance-service life, failure risk and acute events of the magnetoelectric films. Predicting the operational performance may involve employing data acquisition techniques to measure various real-time performance indicators including electrical characteristics e.g., voltage, power and/or resonance frequency that can immediately indicate operational status of the ME films, while changes in resistance and capacitance can indicate degradation to assess durability and performance of the ME films. By leveraging data analysis techniques for the measured real-time performance indicators, both gradual degradation and sudden failures may be analyzed that in turn may result in predicting operation performance. Upon predicting the operational performance, alerts or notifications may be generated, via a user-interface for corrective actions and timely interventions, enhancing performance of devices utilizing ME films. |
