Abstract
A screw fastener can include a first screw and a second screw. The first screw can include a head and a threaded portion coupled to the head. The head can define a first position portion threreon. The second screw can define a threaded hole therethrough configured to engage with the threaded portion. The second screw can further define a second position portion adjacent to the threaded hole, corresponding to the first position portion. The second position portion can be configured to cooperate with the first position portion to position the second screw relative to the first screw
